Senior Manager Marketing & Communications
Experience: 16 - 20 Years : Senior Management
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications professional to lead the organization's brand, marketing and communication agenda. The role will drive brand visibility, corporate reputation, media engagement, digital presence and stakeholder communication in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Brand Management

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, brand identity and consistency across communication channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, initiatives and promotional activities.
- Develop marketing collaterals, corporate presentations, brochures and other brand assets.

2. Corporate Communications & PR

- Develop and manage corporate communication strategy and key organizational messaging.
- Manage relationships with media houses, journalists and PR agencies.
- Lead press releases, media briefings, interviews, leadership communication and corporate announcements.
- Identify opportunities for positive media visibility and thought leadership.

3. Digital & Social Media

- Develop and execute digital and social media strategy across relevant platforms.
- Oversee content calendars, digital campaigns and online brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor digital performance, engagement, reach and other relevant KPIs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

4. Content & Creative

- Lead development of corporate, marketing and leadership content including articles, presentations, videos, newsletters and social media content.
- Work with creative agencies to develop campaigns, designs, videos and other communication assets.




- Ensure quality, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

5. Events & Brand Activations

- Lead corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches and other brand-building initiatives.
- Manage event agencies/vendors and ensure effective branding and communication.
- Measure event impact and media/digital visibility.

6. Internal & Leadership Communications

- Drive internal communication initiatives in coordination with HR and leadership teams.
- Develop leadership speeches, presentations, talking points and communication briefs.
- Support senior leadership in thought leadership, industry forums and media engagements.

7. Agency & Stakeholder Management

- Manage PR, creative, digital, media and event agencies.
- Define deliverables, KPIs, timelines and budgets and monitor agency performance.
- Collaborate with Business, Sales, HR, Corporate Affairs and other functions to ensure aligned communication.

8. Analytics & Reporting

- Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing and communication initiatives.
- Track brand visibility, media coverage, digital engagement, campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Provide periodic management reports and actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 16 - 20 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, PR or related areas.
- Strong experience across branding, media/PR, digital marketing, content and corporate communications.
- Experience managing PR/creative/digital agencies and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with CXOs and senior leadership.
- Solid strategic thinking, execution and project-management capabilities.
- MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline preferred.
