- Manage bulk hiring processes for IT services and consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role with expertise in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze data effectively.
- Solid communication skills with excellent client interaction abilities.
