Key Responsibilities
- Drive rental sales growth by developing new business opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
- Build and manage solid relationships with builders, contractors, project heads, and purchase teams.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and commercial negotiation.
- Achieve revenue targets while ensuring healthy margins and timely collections.
- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and propose optimal equipment solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth mobilization and execution of rental projects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to strengthen market position.
