Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct gold loan audits at assigned branches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Verify physical security of gold ornaments, documents, and cash handling procedures.

- Review branch operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to loan processing, documentation, and customer service.

- Maintain accurate records of audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in auditing or a related field (gold loan industry preferred).

- Robust knowledge of statutory audit principles, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
