- Manage and troubleshoot network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and infrastructure
- Provide support for complex network issues, including firewall, routing, and switching
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of wireless network environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve networking issues and enhance network performance.
- Configure and manage Firewalls (Firewall Rules, VPN Configuration, Security Policies, UTM features like web filtering, IDS, IPS etc.)
- Configure and provide basic troubleshooting for Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi Configuration, Site Survey, etc)
- Perform routine upgrades, patching, and configuration enhancements
- Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO, PCI-DSS, NIST, SOC 2)
- Work with ISPs to troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Work with multiple clients, with different architectureconfiguration, simultaneously, and guide the team as required
