- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates for civil works.
- Manage subcontractors' billing and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Oversee building construction, industrial construction, project engineering, site execution, and site engineering activities.
- Supervise day to day construction activities at the project site
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or degree holder in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
