- Maintain and review the general ledger and complete the month-end close for assigned construction clients.
- Review the correctness and completeness of monthly work prepared by Accounting Associates, including bank and credit card transaction coding, and ensure all monthly responsibilities are completed diligently.
- Prepare and reconcile WIP schedules to the financial statements, and perform job cost reconciliations at the job and project level.
- Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for construction operations, including progress billings, retainage receivable and payable, and subcontractor payment applications.
- Track job costing, change orders, billings and draws, retention and retainage, and vendor compliance documentation such as certificates of insurance, W-9s, and lien waivers.
- Perform job-level variance analysis, including budget versus actual, estimated cost to complete, and over/underbillings, and provide clear written commentary for onshore review.

- Prepare monthly financial reporting packs and WIP schedules for delivery to clients within the timelines outlined in the MSAs.




- Address questions, concerns, and issues raised by the Manager, Project Manager, or client, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Handle new and complex assignments, including client onboarding, clean-up and catch-up work, special projects, and the creation and maintenance of accounting work papers.
- Provide accounting and technical support to Accounting Associates, and train or guide them where needed.
- Prepare process documentation and work with the Manager on process improvements and standardization across construction clients.
- Work with the Manager on people management activities such as team capacity planning, performance evaluation, staff concerns, and employee onboarding.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Accounting Associate in their absence, and act as the leader of the team in the absence of the Manager.
- Collaborate with the global team daily to foster a highly team-oriented and productive team environment.
