Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals related to Ground Operations of Fleet of Busses, strategies, policies, procedures (SOPs). Identify process improvement opportunities and create projects to accomplish them. Shall be Responsible for Customer Delight & Rating, Internal Process Reporting & Audit, Training & onboarding current employees (Classroom Training + On Job Training) & coaching also Training to Internal Team (RM,TM etc) & Captains, Performance Measurement & Management, Proper Implementation of Compliance , Issue reporting & resolution, Service excellence, Monitoring of processes related to sales & Revenue
