Role- Associate Manager- BA

Were expanding our team at Iris Software and looking for exceptional talent in Gurugram (Hybrid).

If you thrive in a fast-paced IT services environment and enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges, this could be a great fit!

1013 years as a BSA/BA with strong domain exposure to Banking / Capital Markets.

Understanding of how systems and applications interact and exchange data (interfaces, batch/file transfers,



integration points), without needing depth in the underlying tools or middleware

Robust project experience across multiple business units and complex environments and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)

Ability to read/produce data flow diagrams and source-to-target mapping documents

Proven ability to write technical specifications developers can implement directly

Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large/complex datasets

Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders

Hands-on experience with AI tools.
