- 10+ years of overall experience, with substantial exposure to Cybersecurity, Risk, or Governance roles.
- Strong fundamentals in Cybersecurity (network security, application security, risk frameworks, compliance standards).
- Proven experience with AI Governance frameworks and practices (policy design, risk assessment, model oversight).
- Solid understanding of AI-based Cybersecurity - securing AI/ML systems and leveraging AI for threat detection, monitoring, and response.
- Excellent client handling skills - able to manage relationships, expectations, and executive-level conversations.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Solid demonstration/presentation skills - comfortable running live demos, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
