- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loan, housing finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase business growth through cross-selling and upselling of bank's products.
- Ensure timely collections from customers by maintaining strong relationships with them and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in retail banking or related field with expertise in home loans, housing finance, LAP (Loan Against Property), and mortgage loans.
- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics and regulations governing these types of loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
