Role & responsibilities

- Project Execution: Supervise all stages of residential construction from foundation to finishing (plastering, tiling, painting, and plumbing).
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and quality standards.
- Planning & Scheduling: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports (DPR) and ensure the project aligns with the master timeline.
- Labor Management: Manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and vendors effectively to maintain productivity.
- Technical Support: Interpret architectural/structural drawings (AutoCAD) and ensure accurate implementation on the field.
- Material Management: Estimate material requirements, track inventory, and minimize wastage in office.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety guidelines on-site to ensure a zero-accident environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience specifically in Residential & Commercial Buildings (Villas/Apartments).
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in reading structural drawings and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of RCC work, brickwork, and finishing works.
