- Manage Microsoft 365 workplace, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Implement automation solutions using PowerShell scripts to streamline processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Teams and Copilot.
- Ensure compliance with security policies by implementing Microsoft Defender and Graph Security features.
Job Requirements :
- 6.5-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Office) and familiarity with Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow).
- Experience in device management using Intune and implementation of Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
