Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to acquire, manage and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client financial goals, providing suitable investment solutions, increasing AUM and generating revenue through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and develop HNI/UHNI client relationships.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing wealth clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives and risk appetite.
- Provide appropriate investment and wealth management solutions.
- Drive AUM growth and revenue through client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
- Distribute investment products including:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS
- AIF
- Bonds / Fixed Income
- Structured Products
- Fixed Deposits
- Insurance
- Other investment and wealth solutions

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate referrals and new business through existing client networks.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, CXOs,



business owners and affluent professionals.
- Work closely with product specialists and internal teams to deliver customised solutions.
- Ensure excellent client experience and high client retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 310 years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Distribution.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth and revenue generation.
- Robust existing HNI client network will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Candidates from Banks, Wealth Management firms, Securities companies, AMC and Financial Services are preferred.
