Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Australian Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journals, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and assist with BAS, GST, and PAYG requirements.
- Process Australian payroll, including PAYG, Superannuation, and STP.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports.
- Assist with year-end accounts, tax preparation, and compliance.




- Communicate directly with Australian clients and accountants.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Robust experience in Australian accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of GST, BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and STP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Xero and/or MYOB.
- Experience with Australian clients, accounting firms, or BAS/tax practices preferred.
- Excellent Excel and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Preferred: Immediate / Short Notice Joiners.
