Job Title: Cafe Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Staff member to handle day-to-day cafe operations, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and other cafe items.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Assist in basic food and beverage preparation when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen, and dining area.
- Ensure proper presentation and timely serving of orders.
- Refill ingredients, supplies, and other cafe items as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.




- Handle customer queries and provide positive customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth cafe operations.
- Support opening and closing activities of the cafe.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
