Job Title: Play Area Associate

Department: Operations / Play Area

Reports To: Play Area In-Charge / Floor Manager / Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To ensure the protected, clean, organized, and enjoyable experience of children and parents within the play area while following all company safety and operational procedures.

- Play Area Associate – Brief Job DescriptionEnsure children’s safety and active supervision throughout the play area.
- Assist children with play equipment and ensure all play-area rules and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the play area and toys.
- Regularly check equipment and report any damage, hazard, or maintenance issue immediately.
- Provide polite and friendly customer service to children and parents.
- Handle minor incidents appropriately and immediately report accidents or emergencies to the senior.
- Stay at the assigned area during duty hours and avoid unnecessary mobile phone use or unauthorized breaks.
- Coordinate with team members and perform other duties assigned by the Play Area In-Charge/Management.
