- Key Responsibilities: Company Incorporation & Post-Incorporation Compliance (DIR-3 KYC, ACTIVE, Director/Office/Capital Changes)
- Share Management (Share Certificates, Transfers, Statutory Registers)
- Meeting Drafting & ROC Filings (BM, EGM, GM, PAS-3, SH-7, MGT-14, CHG-1, CHG-4)
- Annual Filings & Compliance (AOC-4, MGT-7, LLP Form 8 & 11, XBRL)
- Additional ROC Work (Strike-Off, FEMA/RBI Filings, NBFC Compliance)
- Requirements: Inter CS or Qualified Company Secretary
- Solid knowledge of ROC compliance & MCA portal
- Good documentation & communication skills
