- Lead a team in US Mortgage Post closing Process
- Oversee the entire loan origination process from application to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and quality control.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to post-closing activities such as collections and recoveries.
Job Requirements:
- 5-12 years of experience in US Mortgage industry with expertise in Post closing loan origination and team leading.
- Robust knowledge of mortgage loans, personal loans, business loans, home equity loans/lines of credit (HELOCs), auto loans, student loans etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
