Responsibilities
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and report daily work progress to the Project Manager.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and efficient utilization of construction materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and rectify deviations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory construction guidelines.
- Verify work measurements and assist in preparing progress reports and site documentation.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution challenges with minimal project disruption.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and promote a safe working environment at the construction site.
