- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using various technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, CPQ, Triggers, Batch Classes, Marketing Cloud Campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies like Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices for Salesforce development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for security, quality assurance, testing & deployment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Salesforce Development with expertise in at least one area of focus: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Financial Services Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Apex programming language including Apex classes Aura components FLS (Financial Services Cloud).
- Proficiency in developing customizations using LWC (Lightning Web Components) Visualforce pages CPQ (Configurable Pricing Quoting) Triggers batch classes marketing cloud campaigns etc. .
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal English proficiency required.
