Job Summary

Assist the Project Head in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing high-rise residential construction projects within the approved timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other project resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and construction specifications are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Review contractor bills, work measurements,



and progress reports before submission for approvals.
- Maintain proper project documentation, daily progress reports, site records, and quality checklists.
- Support procurement planning by coordinating material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide technical updates to the management.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site through effective coordination and decision-making.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure adherence to the companys Health, Safety Setting (HSE) policies.
