We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Surveillance Engineer to manage and support the IT infrastructure across multiple office and project locations. The role involves maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, network infrastructure, desktops, internet connectivity, and providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and business applications.

Network Administration

- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve internet and network connectivity issues across all office and project locations.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

CCTV Surveillance Management

- Manage and maintain 100+ CCTV cameras installed across 4-5 office and project sites.
- Configure and troubleshoot DVRs/NVRs, IP cameras, recording systems, and remote monitoring solutions.
- Ensure uninterrupted surveillance, timely maintenance,



and footage retrieval whenever required.
- Conduct periodic health checks of all surveillance equipment.

Generator Monitoring Support

- Coordinate with the maintenance team for monitoring the connectivity and technical integration of 5+ generators, wherever IT systems are involved.
- Ensure uninterrupted monitoring systems associated with generators and report technical issues promptly.

IT Support Asset Management

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and networking issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Ensure timely installation, replacement, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

System Monitoring Documentation

- Maintain documentation of IT assets, network diagrams, CCTV layouts, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT assets, network uptime, surveillance status, and technical issues.

Information Security

- Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures.
- Ensure endpoint security through antivirus updates and security patches.
- Follow IT security standards and organizational policies.
