We are hiring enthusiastic International Voice / NON VOICE Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for global clients. The role involves delivering excellent customer service while ensuring high quality and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, services, or products
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality standards
- Document call details and update customer information in CRM
- Follow process guidelines, compliance, and call scripts
- Meet daily call targets, productivity, and performance metrics
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required




- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on all calls
- Adapt to different international accents and time zones
