Job DescriptionLead the optimization, and transformation of the recruitment technology ecosystem, driving automation and AI adoption across the hiring lifecycle to improve recruiter productivity, hiring quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
Roles Responsibilities
- Own and optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, referral, and recruitment technology platforms.

- Design and implement workflow automation, RPA, and process improvements across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding stages.

- Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases

- Ensure Responsible AI adoption through governance, monitoring, explainability, and compliance frameworks.

- Manage recruitment technology integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics dashboards
Technical Requirement
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms

- Experience in automation tools

- Solid analytical skills with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Educational RequirementBachelor of Engineering
