AWS Solutions Architect

We are looking for an AWS Solutions Architect with 7+ years of experience to join immediately. This role owns the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS architectures, and acts as the technical authority guiding engineering teams and stakeholders through cloud solutioning.

Experience
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a solid focus on AWS
Proven track record of designing and delivering production-grade cloud solutions end to end
Available to join immediately

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end AWS architectures that are secure, highly available, and cost-optimized
Define cloud architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for the organization
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and multi-account/multi-region strategy
Configure and govern IAM roles, policies, and permissions across AWS accounts
Integrate AWS environments with identity providers (Cloud IDP) for federated, single sign-on
access
Design and implement Security Groups and Network ACLs to control resource and
subnet-level traffic
Set up and oversee DevOps delivery, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
Review architecture for performance, resiliency, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency
Partner with engineering, security,



and business stakeholders to translate requirements into
scalable solutions
Mentor engineering teams and enforce architectural and security governance
Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical documentation

Technical Skills
AWS core services: EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and related compute, storage,
and networking services
IAM: roles, policies, permissions, and cross-account access management
Identity: Cloud IDP / federated identity integration (e.g., SSO, SAML, OIDC)
Network security: Security Groups, Network ACLs, VPC design, and segmentation
DevOps: CI/CD pipeline setup and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
Solid grasp of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, security best practices, and cost
optimization
Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-account AWS environments

Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to present architecture decisions to technical
and business audiences
Solution design and architecture mindset, with attention to trade-offs and long-term scalability
Ability to work independently and lead through ambiguity
Strong documentation and mentoring skills
