Role Purpose

Drive financial planning and business performance analysis, providing actionable insights on Sales, Margins, Costs, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Sales by customer, product, volume, price, mix and geography.

• Analyse Margins & Costs, including RM, conversion, manpower, power & fuel, logistics and other key cost drivers.

• Track product/customer profitability and cost-saving initiatives.

• Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

• Analyse P&L; and Balance Sheet, highlighting key movements, risks and improvement areas.

• Monitor Working Capital Inventory, Receivables, Payables and Cash Flow.

• Prepare monthly MIS, KPI dashboards and management performance

reviews.





• Drive reporting and analytics automation using ERP, Power BI and Excel.

• Support CFO/Management on business cases, scenario analysis and

strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

Robust understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Costing and Working Capital, with excellent analytical and business-partnering skills. Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP and Power BI preferred.

The role requires someone who can go beyond reporting numbers, identify the why behind performance and drive actionable insights.
