Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee attendance, leave & HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain employee records
• Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
• Implement and maintain HR policies & procedures
• Support performance management and employee development
• Handle day-to-day HR & administrative activities
• Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
Candidate Profile
2+ years of relevant HR experience
Prior experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently
Proactive, organized and people-oriented approach
