Role & responsibilities

- Assist in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of cranes and heavy equipment.
- * Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- * Learn crane electrical wiring, control panels, motors, batteries and electrical components.
- * Learn to identify and rectify electrical faults.
- * Read and understand electrical wiring and circuit diagrams.
- * Use electrical testing tools such as a multimeter and a clamp meter.
- * Assist senior technicians during crane breakdowns and repairs.
- * Learn about sensors, relays, contactors, switches and safety systems.
- * Participate in crane inspection and maintenance activities.
- * Visit customer/project sites for maintenance and breakdown support.
- * Maintain maintenance and breakdown records.




- * Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
- * Gradually take responsibility for maintenance activities based on performance.

Preferred candidate profile

The 1-year training will cover:

**Electrical Basics Crane Electrical Systems Preventive Maintenance Breakdown Troubleshooting Field Maintenance**

Prior crane experience is **not mandatory**. Candidates with a solid interest in hands-on electrical maintenance and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.

Based on performance during the training period, the candidate may be placed in a suitable **Electrical Maintenance / Crane Maintenance ** role
