### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *General Manager Real Estate Sales* who is a strong *Individual Contributor (IC)* with proven expertise in closing high-value real estate transactions and driving revenue in the *Gurgaon/Gurugram market*.

The role is ideal for a *Senior Real Estate Sales Professional* who can independently manage clients, negotiate with developers, generate business and close premium Residential & Commercial projects.

### Key Responsibilities

*Manage and close *high-value Residential & Commercial real estate deals*

* Achieve sales targets and consistently drive revenue

* Handle the complete sales cycle from *lead generation to site visit, negotiation and closure*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with *HNI/UHNI clients, investors and developers*

* Conduct client meetings, presentations and project discussions

* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully convert prospects into closures

* Develop a strong network within the *Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market*





* Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders

* Mentor and guide a small sales team, wherever required

* Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

### Mandatory Requirements

* *5+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales*

* *Primary Market experience is mandatory*

* Solid experience in *Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate Sales*

* Proven track record of *individual sales closures* or Team as well

* Strong client handling, negotiation and closing skills

* Good understanding of the *Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market*

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* *Individual contribution and target achievement are mandatory*

* Team handling experience will be an added advantage
