Role & responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain QA/QC standards for raw materials and mechanical systems in fired heater projects.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test procedures, quality records, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quality plans, documentation, inspections, and audits.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and troubleshoot system issues.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate safety and quality control measures.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices for reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Strong knowledge of mechanical items, raw materials, applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, NACE).
- Hands-on experience in inspection and testing of raw materials and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- ISO 9001 / Quality Management certification is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment methodologies is desirable.
- NDT level RTFI, PT, MPT, UT & VT with through knowledge.
