Ability to define and enforce integration best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. Enthusiastic self-starter capable of driving technical initiatives and mentoring development teams. Ability to provide technical leadership while working collaboratively in a team environment. Certification in Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer is highly preferred. Experience in architecting legacy migration projects, e.g., BizTalk to Azure, will be an added advantage.
