Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOMDiscovery to design develop and implement ITOM solutions Job Description Utilize expertise in ServiceNow ITOM specifically ITOMDiscovery to enhance enterprise IT operations management Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate discovery solutions with existing IT infrastructure Analyze and optimize discovery patterns to ensure accurate and comprehensive CMDB population Develop and maintain custom discovery patterns and probes as per business requirements Participate in troubleshooting and resolving discoveryrelated issues to maintain system integrity Stay updated with latest ServiceNow ITOM capabilities and best practices to continuously improve discovery processes

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOMDiscovery modules
