Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate material take-offs, BOQs, and detailed project estimates.
- Estimate aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and glazing packages.
- Calculate requirements for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and related materials.
- Obtain, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
- Prepare detailed costings and commercial quotations for UK projects.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, or missing information in drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the UK-based project team to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, supplier pricing, and project-related costing information.
- Manage multiple estimation assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in aluminium,



glazing, faade, or fenestration estimation.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and architectural glazing systems.
- Ability to confidently interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience in material take-offs, BOQs, tendering, and cost estimation.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with LogiKal is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ReynaPro or SchCal is desirable.
- Familiarity with Smart, Schco, or AluK systems will be an added advantage.
- UK project estimation experience will be preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
