Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students/customers and understand their career, training, and internship requirements.
- Explain and promote relevant internship, training, and career-development programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified prospects into registrations/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information about programs, fees, process, and benefits.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.




- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, telecalling, or customer acquisition; freshers with solid communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and digital channels.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
