- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Conduct value stream mapping to visualize processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of process engineering principles, including lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating detailed process maps using tools such as flowcharts or swimlane diagrams.
- Should carry hands on experience in Time study, Motion Study, Cycle Time reduction strategy & Value Stream Mapping
