Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and system interactions across applications.
- Create functional documents, process flows, and system flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with business, development, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.
- Identify requirement gaps and provide solutions to improve product outcomes.
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across regions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in Defined Contribution (DC)/Workplace Investing/Retirement Services domain.
- Expertise in requirement analysis, functional documentation, and process mapping.




- Experience with End-to-End Testing, UAT, and defect validation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

- Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
- Financial Services or Retirement Benefits domain experience.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Ability to mentor team members and drive delivery ownership.
