Job Title: Business Development Manager IT Services (Software Testing, Cloud & Application Development)

Location: Bengaluru, India (with international client exposure)

Experience: 610 years in IT services sales, client partnership, or delivery-led business development

Key responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business for QA/testing, cloud management, web and mobile development, and custom software services

Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and engineering leaders in target accounts, particularly in Europe and North America

Lead solution discussions, proposals, RFP responses, and pricing in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery heads

Structure and negotiate outsourcing and staff-augmentation engagements (fixed-price, T&M;, dedicated teams)

Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling; own revenue targets and forecasting





Represent the company at industry events, partner ecosystems, and on qualified platforms through thought leadership

Track market trends in outsourcing and vertical domains such as geospatial/GIS, engineering services, and enterprise software

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in IT services or product engineering sales

Strong grasp of software testing, cloud, and application development offerings enough to hold credible technical conversations

Experience selling outsourced/offshore delivery models to international clients

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
