We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our store operations team. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales performance, leading the team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, team performance, sales targets, inventory control, and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and operational efficiency through retail systems and reporting.
- Handle team management activities including staffing, training, performance monitoring, and employee engagement.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising, promotional activities, and smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 7 to 15 Years in Retail Operations
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication
- Experience in retail store management, team handling, and customer service
- Strong leadership, sales management, and operational skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and retail operational schedules
- Experience in Lifestyle / Apparel / Premium Retail preferred
