Job Description
We are looking for a agile and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Support:
Assist senior sales executives in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
