Role & responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical service and managing customer relationships for cooling water, boiler water, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment chemical programs across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical service support for cooling water, boiler water, ETP, and RO water treatment chemical programs at customer sites.
- Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions to optimize treatment efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on water treatment programs and best practices.
- Prepare service reports, treatment recommendations, and performance reviews for customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and technical support.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, program upgrades, and additional chemical treatment solutions within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements during service activities.
- Support contract renewals and contribute to achieving territory sales and service objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry,
- Experience in industrial water treatment, including cooling water, boiler water, ETP, and RO systems.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
