Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, Power BI, cloud environments, database troubleshooting, and external system integrations. The candidate will take end-to-end technical ownership of business-critical applications, lead the development team, work directly with US-based clients, analyze complex business and technical flows, estimate work, troubleshoot production issues, and drive multiple projects from requirement through production.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete technical ownership of multiple business applications and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to the development team.
- Understand complete business logic, application architecture, data flow, integrations, and dependencies.
- Analyze business requirements independently and convert them into technical solutions and development tasks.
- Perform technical estimation, task breakdown, planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, databases, APIs, integrations, reporting, and cloud environments.
- Take ownership of critical production incidents and drive them through root-cause analysis, resolution, testing, deployment, and production validation.
- Analyze failed reports, scheduled jobs, APIs, background services, integrations, and data-processing workflows.
- Guide developers on what to check, where to investigate, how to identify the root cause, and how to implement the correct fix.
- Review and validate technical solutions delivered by the development team.
- Design, review, and troubleshoot .NET applications, REST APIs, backend services, and integrations.
- Work extensively with SQL Server, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, data investigation, and performance troubleshooting.
- Use DBeaver and similar database tools for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support and troubleshoot Power BI reports, data sources, refresh failures, datasets, and reporting issues.
- Work with cloud-based applications, deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Design and troubleshoot external system, third-party API, and enterprise integrations; EDI experience is an advantage.
- Ensure proper logging, exception handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting mechanisms are implemented.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, maintainability, security, and performance best practices.
- Drive development, QA, deployment, production validation, and post-production support end to end.
- Manage multiple projects, applications, and technical priorities simultaneously.
- Work directly with US-based clients and stakeholders and clearly communicate technical issues, root causes, risks, and solutions.
- Translate business problems into practical technical solutions and proactively identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Drive application improvements, performance optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
- Maintain system-flow documentation, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.

End-to-End System Ownership

The successful candidate must be able to own a business system beyond day-to-day coding. When a Power BI report fails, an API stops processing, a scheduled job fails, data does not reach an external system, or a production application generates errors, the candidate should be able to understand the business and technical flow, trace the issue to the failure point,



perform root-cause analysis, guide the development team, review the fix, coordinate testing, deploy the solution, and validate the production outcome.

Leadership & Client Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the development team.
- Provide clear technical direction, mentoring, and decision-making during development and critical incidents.
- Communicate confidently with US clients on requirements, architecture, issues, timelines, risks, and solutions.
- Drive multiple projects and systems end to end while balancing development, support, and business priorities.
- Ensure the team follows structured troubleshooting, development, testing, release, and support processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 8-13 years of skilled software development experience, with strong .NET expertise.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Technical Architect.
- Proven experience leading development teams and owning enterprise/business applications.
- Strong experience working directly with US-based clients or international stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
