CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification is mandatory.
Solid experience in Inpatient DRG coding with high accuracy and productivity.
Sound knowledge of MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and CC/MCC assignment concepts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage team production, quality, TAT.
Manage attendance & attrition
Supervise Production & Quality
Maintain TAT as per client SLA
Daily team meetings
Monitor team members, provide coaching & feedback as required
Maintain leave planner & manage attendance
