What You ll Do

- Lead Recruitment Across Teams: Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and content roles. From understanding role requirements to closing candidates, you ll drive the entire process.
- Be a Strategic Hiring Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to plan talent needs and create agile hiring strategies that scale with business goals.
- Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines: Source smartly, engage consistently, and hire efficiently. You ll manage talent pipelines and ensure we re always ahead of our hiring targets.
- Deliver Seamless Candidate Experiences: Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle screening, coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey throughout.
- Bring the Startup Mindset: In a rapidly evolving setup like ours, flexibility and hustle matter. You ll wear multiple hats, solve problems on the go, and bring energy to everything you do.





What We re Looking For

- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A sense of ownership and bias for action - youre a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them
- Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends
- Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow
