Role & Responsibilities

As an NC Programmer, the core focus is on process planning, tool optimization, and delivering defect-free programs for aerospace manufacturing.

- NC Programming: Develop and deliver optimized NC programs for new products on time.
- Process Standardization: Develop tool setup sheets and standardize the machining process across operations.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Implement best-in-class manufacturing methods and select optimal cutting tools available in the market.
- Process Planning: Support overall process planning and cutting tool selection for new product introductions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure zero non-conformance arising from cutting strategies and utilize zero-defect methodology processes.
- Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with system audits, ensuring zero compliance issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile





The ideal candidate is an engineering professional with a robust background in aerospace machining and advanced CAD/CAM software.

- Education: Engineering graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of general work experience as an NC Programmer, with a strong preference for 4 to 10 years specifically in machining aerospace engine parts.
- Core Technical Software: Expertise in UG NX (CAD/CAM processes) and Vericut simulation.
- Machining Expertise: Hands-on experience in post-processing for 5-Axis, mill-turn, and turn-mill machines (specifically Fanuc and Siemens controllers).
- Methodology: Strong knowledge and practical implementation experience of zero-defect manufacturing processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
