- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff.

Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience as a Trainer or similar role in the textile & apparel industry.
- Robust understanding of retail and apparel industries.
- Ability to train retail staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is beneficial.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and customer service principles is advantageous.
