- Experience: 4+ years of overall experience in the financial services industry preferred, familiarity with Investment Banking.

- Strong expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Fast API, React, Investment Banking/Hedge Funds/Private Equity Exposure
- Proficiency in REST API development and advanced SQL, React, Treasury exposure.
- Exposure to React or Rapid API is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Secrets Manager) is expected.
- Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage persuasively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Leadership: Critical thinking and thought leadership capabilities.
- Accountability: Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
