Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across EMS manufacturing processes.
- Conduct and monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards for electronic assemblies and soldering workmanship.
- Perform PCB/PCBA inspection, visual inspection, solder joint inspection, component inspection, and dimensional checks.
- Handle inspection criteria, sampling plans, inspection reports, and quality records.
