About the Opportunity:

We are looking for highly analytical, detail-oriented, and digitally proficient professionals to support an advanced LLM Training Project focused on improving AI models ability to understand and process complex, real-world, multimodal information.

This role goes beyond traditional annotation. You will work with text, speech, images, video, and multimodal content, helping train AI systems to understand context, interpret information, follow complex instructions, reason effectively, and generate high-quality responses.

Engagement Details

- Job role : AI LLM Trainer Role
- Duration: 2 months, extendable
- Working hours : Availability for 5-6 hours per day(flexible)
- Work Type: Freelance

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform high-quality annotation and evaluation across text, speech/audio, images, video, and multimodal data.
- Annotate textual content, conversations, entities, intent, sentiment, and contextual information.
- Transcribe, classify, and evaluate speech and audio data, including spoken content and conversational context.
- Annotate and analyze images and visual content, identifying objects, attributes, relationships, actions, and relevant details.
- Review and annotate video content, including scenes, events, actions, speech, and temporal relationships.
- Evaluate multimodal AI responses by assessing how effectively the model connects information across different data formats.




- Identify factual errors, logical inconsistencies, missing information, and contextual misunderstandings in AI outputs.
- Compare model responses and provide structured, evidence-based feedback to improve LLM performance.
- Handle mid-to-high complexity tasks involving reasoning, interpretation, classification, and multi-step instructions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Solid analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills.
- Excellent reading comprehension and written communication.
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex and nuanced information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences or errors.
- Comfortable working with text, audio, images, video, and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task types effectively.
- Strong ability to follow detailed guidelines and make objective, well-supported judgments.
- Prior experience in AI training, data annotation, data evaluation, linguistics, content quality, research, transcription, or related fields is an advantage.
