Aromas of Biryani is a growing biryani restaurant brand based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. We are expanding rapidly with recent outlet launches, renovations, technology upgrades, and other business initiatives.

We are looking for a *hands-on Projects Managerwho can take complete ownership of restaurant projects from planning to final handover.

### Key Responsibilities
*New Outlet Development*
Support site evaluation and location finalization
Coordinate layouts and designs with architects/interior designers
Manage civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, signage and fit-out work
Oversee commercial kitchen setup and equipment installation
Manage project timelines, budgets and quality until handover

*Existing Outlet Projects*
Manage renovations, upgrades and repairs with minimal disruption
Handle equipment procurement, replacements and AMC contracts

*Vendor Contractor Management*
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors/contractors
Manage quotations, POs, deliveries and payments
Ensure vendors meet quality and project timelines

*Licensing Compliance*
Coordinate FSSAI, trade license, fire NOC, eating house license,



signage permissions and other statutory approvals
Liaise with government departments and consultants

*Special Projects*
Support outlet takeovers/acquisitions, rebranding and integration
Assist with POS/billing, online ordering and aggregator technology rollouts
Handle other business improvement projects assigned by management

*Reporting*
Prepare project cost estimates and track actuals against budgets
Provide weekly project updates to management
Identify and escalate risks, delays and cost overruns

### Candidate Profile
2 to 3 years of experience in *Restaurant/QSR/Retail Projects, Fit-outs, Facility Management or FB Operations*
Knowledge of commercial kitchen design, equipment and restaurant workflows is preferred
Strong vendor, contractor and government-office coordination skills
Good planning, follow-up, budgeting and documentation skills
Hands-on and comfortable spending significant time on-site
*Kannada English mandatory*; Hindi is an advantage
*Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory*
Must be based in Bengaluru.
